⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would!

We recently re-carpeted our entire two-story home after 15 years, and from start to finish, the experience with Family Floors was exceptional. From the first meeting with our sales rep, Jon Price, we knew we were in good hands. His no-pressure approach focused on educating us rather than just trying to “sell” us. He came fully prepared—measured the entire house, patiently answered all of our (probably too many!) questions, reviewed the samples he brought, and quickly sent a detailed quote. After living with the large swatches for a few days, we visited the showroom to explore additional color options and ended up finding the perfect carpet. A few weeks later, the installation team arrived right on schedule—and wow! Within eight hours, our whole house was transformed and spotless.

The installation crew—Salvador, Omar, and Cirilo—were incredible. They worked tirelessly to remove the old carpet and install the new one with care and precision. True professionals: skilled, kind, and incredibly hard-working (we were tired just watching them!). Cecilia from the office also called during the process and the next day to check in and make sure everything was to our satisfaction—such a thoughtful touch. While their partnership with Costco (and the added benefits that come with it) did play a part in our decision, the real deciding factor was the quality of service, professionalism, quality of the carpet, and overall value. We had three other vendors provide estimates, and Family Floors stood out above the rest in every way.
